The affected party must: (a) promptly notify the other party; (b) use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact; and (c) resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
If force majeure continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate affected services upon written notice.
9. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers
Nature of BIN Data: BIN (Bank Identification Number) data is maintained by card networks and issuing banks and changes frequently. We source our data from industry databases and strive to maintain accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all BIN data will be current or error-free at all times due to the dynamic nature of card issuance.
Limited Warranty: We warrant that we use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accurate BIN data from reputable sources. However, we do not warrant that BIN data will be 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date for all BINs at all times.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of API responses and any decisions made based on BIN data. We recommend:
- Implementing fallback logic for missing or uncertain data
- Not relying solely on BIN lookups for critical business decisions
- Testing thoroughly in development before production use
Exclusions: We specifically disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Process: The indemnified party must: (a) promptly notify the indemnifying party; (b) cooperate reasonably in the defense; and (c) allow the indemnifying party to control the defense and settlement (subject to the indemnified party's approval of settlements affecting their interests).
