3. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Rate Limits and Quotas

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension or additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, BIN data is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on API responses.

8. Intellectual Property

The BinLookupAPI service, including all content and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
