Dashboard
The dashboard is at https://app.binlookupapi.com/. Sign in with Google or Microsoft. See the quickstart to create the first organisation.
Home page
The home page shows activity for the current UTC day.
| Statistic | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Requests today | The number of requests since 00:00 UTC. |
| Daily quota | The daily limit of the plan. |
| Remaining | The number of requests that you can still send today. |
| Success rate today | The percentage of requests that returned a success response. |
Recent requests shows the last five requests. Each row shows the BIN, the HTTP status, and the response time.
The API keys table shows each key and the number of requests for that key.
Quick start shows a curl command that you can copy. The command uses a key from this organisation.
Banners
A banner at the top of the dashboard means the organisation needs an action.
| Banner | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Free tier | The organisation has no subscription. | Subscribe for a higher limit. |
| Approaching daily limit | Usage is 80% or more of the daily quota. | Send fewer requests, or upgrade. |
| Daily limit reached | The daily quota is used. | Wait until 00:00 UTC, or upgrade. |
| Payment failed | The last payment did not complete, or the subscription lapsed. | See Payment problems. |
Usage page
Usage shows API activity for a date range that you select.
The summary has four values:
- Total requests.
- Failed requests. A failed request is any response that is not HTTP 200.
- Success rate.
- Average response time.
The request history has 25 rows per page.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Time | The time of the request. |
| BIN | The BIN that you sent. |
| API Key | The name of the key that sent the request. |
| Status | The HTTP status of the response. |
| Response Time | The time the API took to answer. |
Select 7 Days, 30 Days, or All Time. You can also set a start date and an end date.
A batch request counts each BIN. A Batch CSV upload is one history row, and the unit count is the row count. See Batch CSV.
